We designed the ground floor lobby and common areas for this boutique condominium development in Yorkville. The intention was to create a sense of arrival that felt considered, intimate, and appropriate for the building’s Yorkville address. The shared spaces were given more presence and identity through details that feel refi ned but not overdone.
