Lytton began as a spec home intended for resale, but as the project developed, the client began to see how much could be achieved through detail, proportion, and invention rather than relying only on expensive materials. The work became about elevating the home through thoughtful design decisions that made each space feel more considered. From the kitchen framing to the modern staircase and custom trim details, the home was shaped through moments that draw attention without feeling excessive.
