This sales centre in Yorkville, Toronto, was designed to feel more considered than what is typically expected from a presentation suite. The project became an exercise in detail, materiality, and proportion, giving each room its own sense of interest. From the Viola Calacatta stone in the kitchen and custom cabinet framing to the curved bathroom walls, chocolate brown travertine, antique Italian mirror, and panelling that wraps the corner in the breakfast area, the interior was shaped through moments that feel elevated, unexpected, and memorable.
